lazerg 89f3a0ce62 crypto/cipher: use NewCTR in the StreamReader and StreamWriter examples 
NewOFB is deprecated. The plaintext is a single AES block and the IV
is zero, so CTR produces the same ciphertext and the example output
does not change.

Fixes #81933
